It all began some times in February 1992,
in a small rented Church building {Jesus
People Revival Ministry, Kwoi, Kaduna
State}, a young police officer who was
hungry to know and serve God with the
whole of his heart heard the word of God
on CONSECRATION. The pastor (Rev.
Samuel Oha) who taught the word that
day did not have much insight as he taught
more as an evangelist rather than a teacher
of God’s word. But God spoke that day.
The few of us in that church that day were
all weeping in our respective corners,
asking God to use us.
While I was praying, God spoke to me
with a still small voice in my heart and
said,
“for this reason I created and saved
you, so that you can declare my name
to your generation…” and I responded,
‘but if you know that you will use me to
declare your name to my generation,
why did you not give me opportunity to
attain a university degree?”
And the Lord said,
“I have chosen you a foolish thing to
confound the wise” (1Cor. 1:27).
Before we finished with the Lord, the
Church had shared the grace and everyone
was on his/her quiet mode going to their
homes without greetings of one another. I
knew that the Holy Spirit was still
working in the hearts of men. And
throughout that night, I prayed till the
morning. That was how the pregnancy of
this work was conceived.
From 1992-1997, I worked with Jesus
People’s Revival Ministry, and rose from a
Bible Study/Prayer Leader to Assistant
Pastor, Pastor and Church arm Overseer
of that Ministry. By 1999, the Lord asked
me to go and submit to Afam Eruchalu in
Kaduna for discipleship training. And I
did that till 2012, where I was trained in
many ways, which includes travelling
with my Leader, taking care of books in
the Library, starting discipleship classes
and several mission exposures.
In 2012, the Lord asked me to relocate to
Keffi, Nasarawa State Nigeria. And on
coming, shortly in 2013, Chapel of
Salvation, Nasarawa State University
started. By 2014, there was a need for me
to come in as an Associate Chaplain,
which I did till 2018. In January 2019, I
heard the Lord said,
“The time for the delivery of that
pregnancy is now”.
